Prince George

Prince George Info – On the Route

Prince George is the largest city in Northern BC, located centrally in the province and the basecamp for northern adventure. Prince George boasts motorcycle repair shops, a fantastic culinary scene, craft breweries, and BC’s northernmost fruit winery, not to mention craft ice cream, head-liner concerts, festivals & events, and one of only three drive-in movie theatres left in BC.

Located on the unceded ancestral lands of the Lheidli T’enneh, Prince George is a site of rich culture and history. The City hosts an emerging arts scene with local musicians often playing in restaurants, Farmer’s Market trinkets, historic walking tours, and galleries selling locally crafted merchandise.

Don’t forget to stop and get a selfie with Mr. PG at the junction of Highway 16 & 97, one of Canada’s largest roadside attractions, as you ride through town.
